Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose:
Create effective and action-learning based designs by working closely with in-house SMEs.
Deliver designs that are translatable into learning deliverables within the allocated time frame and budget.
Leverage digital technologies and rapid prototyping tools to ensure quality learning deliverables.
Guide the Learning Resource Developers, Graphic Developers and Technology Developers in creating the learning deliverables.
Coach the Learning Resource Developer and Graphic Designer to deliver first time quality.
Review and ensure the high standards of the learning deliverables.
Interact with the learners to add value to the learning programs.
Work with external vendors, when required, to translate learning designs to quality deliverables.
Help set up and attend pilots, and continuously improve the deliverables by working on LMS, and authoring tools like the Articulate Suite, etc.
The Learning Design Lead will posses:-
UG/PG with a strong grasp of business English, preferably with a background in Engineering / Physics / Mathematics / Literature.
10 – 12 years of working experience in instructional design and contemporary digital learning and infrastructure experience, people management and project management.
